There is evidence that false alarms and programs can be significantly reduced if the monitoring centers employ the use of video surveillance technology to visually identify the source of alarm events. This is to be placed on improving the information available when it is determined by the operator in case of alarm will be reported to the authorities.
The security industry has been slowly with the use of methods of verification atandard, as progress of calls through an increase in inspection andsequential events of two or more detectors to review video.
The simplest form of verification is in the video recorded video associated with an alarm event and personnel monitoring service is presented. This is usually in the form of a sequence of images in JPEG snapshots or a short video clip, and it's functions within the IP camera or network video servers.
As a follow-up of video captured, it is generallyacceptable for the staff monitoring the service, using a live video connection to watch the locals watch from a distance and post-alarm activity for a limited period. The ability to control the owner of this and the amount of time that live video is available at the discretion of the participant, as they do respect their privacy is of paramount importance.
Speed Video Capture
A minimum of 5 still image snapshots should be taken with a maximum of one second between each frame. The admission must be within a hundred milliseconds the current alarm event to begin, so that important information is not lost. This can be done either locally via a wired connection from an alarm panel to an IP camera or IP video server, or remotely via software commands from a control server to the receipt of an event of an alarm panel and IP Alarm Communicator.
Benefits of Video Review
When used in combination withCross Zoning, listen to audio or phone calls to offices, checking video is a powerful tool for the prevention of false alarms. Video monitoring facility personnel prior to submission calls on the competent authorities may be reviewed and detailed information is collected to indicate whether there is an emergency situation.
Videos must be easily accessible to a qualified monitoring and should be of quality, so that they will be able to decipher between a human andnon-humans. It is recommended that all recorded video in the field of sensors, the alarm should be covered include event triggered. If the sensor is a motion sensor must then look to see the camera, take much of the area of motion sensors for possible coverage.
